Timeless Heritage. Cutting-Edge Design.

Our Process

Digital Craftsmanship. Timeless Tradition.

We believe that Hiddur Mitzvah—beautifying a commandment—requires using the best tools of our time. For centuries, that meant silversmithing and woodcarving. Today, it means micron-precision additive manufacturing.

STEP 1: THE INSPIRATION (REGESH)

It Starts With a Feeling.

Before there is a polished product, there is a raw idea—usually born right here in our home in New Jersey. It might come from the specific joy of a holiday table or the peace of a Shabbat candle.

We ask ourselves: How do we turn that intangible spiritual moment into something you can touch? The first answer is often a quick, messy sketch on whatever paper is closest. It’s not perfect yet, but the soul of the object is there.

STEP 2: THE DESIGN (KAVANAH)

Giving Intention Form.

We wanted Judaica that felt authentic to our Jewish lives but didn't look like it came from our grandparents' breakfront.

Using advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, we translate those initial sketches into precise, three-dimensional geometries. This is where we engineer the perfect depth-to-strength ratio for magnets in a light switch cover or sweep the exact curve of a mezuzah case.

STEP 3: THE TRANSLATION (HACHANAH)

The "Secret Sauce."

A 3D printer doesn't just "know" what to make. We have to teach it.

We use specialized "slicer" software to cut our 3D digital models into thousands of whisper-thin horizontal layers. This generates the complex code that guides the printer's nozzle. It allows us to do things traditional manufacturing can't—like the continuous, interwoven Star of David on our signature mezuzah case, which is printed as one single, seamless object.

STEP 4: THE PRINT (YETZIRAH)

Crafted for You.

Your item doesn't exist until you order it. We don't have dusty warehouses filled with mass-produced stock.

When you place an order, our printers spring to life. Over the course of several hours, a nozzle heats sustainable, high-quality plastic filament to 210°C, laying it down in layers thinner than a human hair. This process, called Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), allows for incredibly lightweight yet durable structures.

STEP 5: THE FINISH (SIYUM)

Finished By Hand.

Technology does the heavy lifting, but the human touch applies the soul to our products. Once a print is complete, we remove it from the build plate, clear away any support structures, and hand-finish and meticulously inspect it to ensure it meets our standards.

The result is a piece of Judaica that is both cutting-edge and deeply personal—crafted specifically for your home, from ours.
